Maternity leave top-up plan

Mindful of new mothers, our plan pays 50% of the difference between Employment Insurance maternity benefits and our associate’s salary for their entire maternity leave up to 52 weeks. Salaried associates require minimum one year of service to qualify.

Paternity leave top-up plan

For proud fathers, our paternity leave top-up plan pays 50% of the difference between Employment Insurance parental benefits and our associate’s salary for their entire parental leave up to 35 weeks. Salaried associates require minimum one year of service to qualify.

Adoption Financial Assistance

To help cover adoption expenses we provide $5,000 per adopted child for full-time associates and $1,500 per adopted child for part-time associates. Eligibility begins after minimum one year of service for full and part-time associates.
